The terrace of Villa Buena Vista is sure to be the guest favorite with a 24-foot swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The terrace overlooks the town of Cabo San Lucas and has a great view of the Harbor and ocean. Spend sunny days in the pool as you watch ships come and go, or drink your evening margarita in the Jacuzzi as the city lights sparkle in the distance. With four lounge chairs and a gas BBQ, guests will find it hard to leave this beautiful outdoor space.   

Guests will love that each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, and a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. Guests of this suite can enjoy their morning coffee as they watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. The second guest suite also has a king-size bed. The third and fourth suites each have two twin-size beds, the perfect rooms for any kids in the group. 

A stay at Villa Buena Vista comes with housecleaning service, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Note: cleaning staff does not work on Mexican holidays). Providing guests with the ultimate peace of mind, the property manager also lives on-site in a detached apartment.       

The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. On the Pacific side of Pedregal, there are stunning ocean views and the beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing.
