The pictures don't even do the place justice. The villa itself is enormous with more space to relax and hang out in than you can even use. The view is gorgeous, high on the hill in Pedregal overlooking the ocean. Definitely exceeded expectations. You can't beat the hot tub, which flows into the pool, with ocean view. There's even a second hot tub in the lower unit!

We rented this house because the location was great and it fit all 11 of us perfectly. Every room had an exquisite view. We enjoyed all the space and the house is so beautiful! We enjoyed walking down to the marina or walking down to the beach. Either direction we went we couldn't go wrong. Thank you Nanci for all your help you were awesome!

Thanks for your assistance, we had a really great vacation. The house is in a perfect location (just far enough off the beat and path) and the view is incredible. Definitely needed a car. The maid service did a very nice job. The chefs, although it was very expensive per meal, did a nice job. We chartered a boat one morning for 5 hours and caught a 50 lb mahi mahi which the chefs made ceviche and tacos with one night, Delish! We then caught a 99", 150 lb striped Marlin which took 4 of us an hour to reel in. It was incredible. We also chartered a sailboat from cabosails and went snorkeling and cruised around. Very fun. I suggest the Office, Mi Casa and Tres de Gallos as restaurants. We went to Hacienda Cocina y Cantina but it is in a hotel and a bit sterile. A few nights we just walked the streets and had tacos etc at one of the back street spots which we always love. The only downside (aren't there always a few and in this case really only a few) is that for the amount of people the house sleeps, the pool/ communal area and the kitchen table are quite small. In addition , the knives, pans and accessories could be upgraded as even the chefs had to bring some of their own things. Overall a really nice time. Thanks again for your assistance, we will definitely be in Mexico again next year!
Villa Thunderbird exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean and has the most beautiful view from any Bedroom and or patio. The Chef and Butler services were amazing. We can't wait to come back to Cabo San Lucas and stay in the Pedgregal. It's the only way to vacation.
