Sunrise Villa

I just can’t say enough about how great our stay at the Sunrise Villa was for a group of 14 friends celebrating a bachelor party. That in itself is a task to undertake when it comes to planning but from the start Naomi was an absolute pleasure to work with for orchestrating our itinerary with a shuttle, coordinating communication with their catering services bringing top tier bartenders and chefs to the house multiple days as well as recommending/reserving local taquerias and rooftop bars for us when we were exploring Cabo. The city is amazing and filled with life as many repeat visitors know, but there’s something to say about the Sunrise Villa as well and how hard it was to tear us away from enjoying its spacious set-up that provided everyone their own bed, a spacious living center/kitchen and an outdoor oasis complete with a pool/hot tub where you could look out and see the amazing views Pedregal has to offer (we even cancelled one day in town to truly soak up the poolside experience that pictures won’t do justice). Moving forward.... as much as you could plan ahead for a bachelor party there’s always a shift in plans and various requests that come about. Our 24/7 concierge, Angel, went above and beyond to provide us with additional stocking of the fridge to coordinating impromptu changes in schedule with the shuttle service like a true professional. If I could give him and his staff more than 5 stars I would. Stay at the Sunrise Villa if you want the exceptional. From the breathtaking views inside a venue that speaks for itself to some of the nicest and most professional staff I’ve had ever had the pleasure of meeting I would recommend this experience to anyone that’s looking for the trip of a lifetime. Thanks again to everyone that made our trip as special as it was and I can’t wait to come back again!

This was a wonderful and open house with many great spots to take in the views. Close to many great spots within walking or a short ride.

Things will start off a little slow with your agent before you arrive at your home but hang in there the experience is worth it. They were organized from the time we were picked up from the airport. The transfer to the house was uneventful and that’s a great thing. They completed a stop at the grocery store (for a fee of course) and let us shop for my group of 17 (which I highly recommend as it’s cheaper than renting a car). When we got to the house we were greeted with margaritas and a tour of the house. We did have a few issues that were found as we started to use the house. Our fridge was broken, a breaker was tripped for one room and one toilet had a problem. We did lose some food because of the broken fridge but they stepped up and brought a new fridge to the house, along with the food we lost and stocked it for us. Our Concierge, Pablo, was understanding and worked as quickly as he could to remedy our other issues. I believe maintenance showed up the same night we arrived. The maid service is amazing, their network for transportation service is great, and Pablo was first class for anything we needed. Hopefully you will get Amber as your agent as she was knowledgeable about the area and things to come. We will be back and we will bring more tip money, they truly earned it! Oh the house was beautiful along with the view.

Awesome property - great concierge service

We had a group of 17 guys and finding a place big enough for all of us was challenging.Luckily I stumbled upon the Villa Diamante de Law. This is a full-on mansion. It felt like we were on an MTV show walking through all three stories of this stunning house, complete with a professional kitchen, Sonos sound system, infinity pool and hot tub, and a breathtaking view of the ocean, El Arco, and the Marina. However, none of these amenities compared to the excellent service that Giovanni provided. His 24/7 concierge service came through every day of the trip, literally saving our lives with van rides to and from the villa. It was like having a personal friend in a foreign country. We can’t thank you enough Gio!

This Villa was amazing. We had a group of 20 and we never felt crowded. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They cleaned everyday and set us up with everything we wanted to do from activities to dinner reservations to taxi service. You won't have to worry about a thing here just sit back and enjoy the weather and the view. Special thanks to Gio and Gris for making our vacation perfect.

The residence was excellent, to have full funtional bathrooms off all bedrooms together with the very convenient layout made our stay most pleasant. The availablity of a 24/7 contact was brilliant, all our needs were met without any fuss. We enjoyed the hospitality and friendship of the local community. Everything certainly surpassed our expectations. Well done - the family continues to talk about the great time we have.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures. It’s super spacious, is in a great location, and everyone is really helpful and responsive. Loved staying here.

The concierge service provided by Iván was second to none. His expertise, attention to detail and punctuality made us all feel very well taken care of.

Jessica was such an amazing host. She was very accommodating to me and my large party, and was very professional and so easy to work with. I, too, work in the service industry and she provided textbook 5 star customer service which was very impressive. The Villa we chose to stay at was amazing. The pictures do not do it enough justice. The views were beautiful, the home was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the service from Jessica and the team was A1. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa if you are traveling with a large group.

Amazing location on the hill and OMG rooms with balconies. Services available are unbelievable as well.

Villa Aurora is a beautiful Villa. The view was fantastic along with the accommodations. It was a little farther from the beach than we would have liked. It would have been nice to walk to the beach.

Beautiful inside and out. The property was well put together and had everything we needed. A bit of a drive to Cabo but nothing beats this view. Highly recommend.

This home had a wonderful and relaxing aura to it and the views were magnificent! The pictures are beautiful but the view of the ocean looks even better in person and more colorful than you can imagine- you have to see it to believe it! Lounging on the outdoor patio while listening to the sounds of the water really put me in a relaxed state and allowed me to unwind under the sun, it was a dream come true. Being up on the mountains gave us a wonderful view of the town and extra privacy for us to enjoy. Most of our time here was spent at the beach and wandering around town. One nice fact about this home, almost every bedroom had a wonderful view of the ocean. I really liked that the property was fully gated, we were a little concerned in the beginning for our children but after scoping out the property we eventually felt at ease with the fully gated surroundings. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, everyone loved your home!
