Cabo Villa Grande can accommodate up to 14 people (seven couples or 12 singles; children ages six and up are welcome). Located in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood, this is a signature Cabo villa offering awe-inspiring views and ultimate privacy.
Cabo Villa Grande boasts a chic interior design that is worthy of its grand scale. The spacious interior offers marble flooring and accents, beautiful artwork, and domed brick ceilings. The furnishings throughout are elegant, yet comfortable, and the large windows provide stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.
The gorgeous outdoor patio features a large 20’ x 30’ swimming pool and a Jacuzzi that can fit six people. This exotic terrace was built over the cliffs and features incredible views and ten lounge chairs around the pool. With over 20,000 square feet of outdoor space, guests will love spending time in this Mexican dream villa! The space can accommodate dining for up to 16 people, making this an ideal sport for a group gathering or BBQ.
Indoors you will find a gourmet kitchen that is well equipped for family meals or in-house catering. There is seating for up to 10 people in the dining room for more formal meals. The villa also offers purified water for drinking and cooking.
Entertainment-wise, there are two Satellite TV’s and DVD players, perfect for family movie nights. Guests will also appreciate the Wi-Fi, iPod docking station and exercise room.
Sitting at the top of the cliffs, guests will sleep soundly in their private and spacious bedrooms at Cabo Villa Grande. The master and second guest suites each feature a king-size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean. The third and fourth guest suites each feature two queen-size beds, private bathrooms, and ocean views; the fourth bedroom is detached and also features a balcony. The fifth guest suite is also detached and offers a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and a shared balcony with an ocean view. The sixth and final suite is detached and features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and an ocean view. Regardless of outdoor temperatures, all guests will sleep comfortably as there is central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa.
A stay at Cabo Villa Grande comes with daily housecleaning service, except Sunday (Note: the cleaning staff does not work on Mexican holidays). A washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh clothing during your stay.
The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. On the Pacific side of Pedregal, there are stunning ocean views and a beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific that is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing.
