Cabo Villa Grande can accommodate up to 14 people (seven couples or 12 singles; children ages six and up are welcome). Located in the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood, this is a signature Cabo villa offering awe-inspiring views and ultimate privacy.   

Cabo Villa Grande boasts a chic interior design that is worthy of its grand scale. The spacious interior offers marble flooring and accents, beautiful artwork, and domed brick ceilings. The furnishings throughout are elegant, yet comfortable, and the large windows provide stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.   

The gorgeous outdoor patio features a large 20’ x 30’ swimming pool and a Jacuzzi that can fit six people. This exotic terrace was built over the cliffs and features incredible views and ten lounge chairs around the pool. With over 20,000 square feet of outdoor space, guests will love spending time in this Mexican dream villa! The space can accommodate dining for up to 16 people, making this an ideal sport for a group gathering or BBQ. 

Indoors you will find a gourmet kitchen that is well equipped for family meals or in-house catering. There is seating for up to 10 people in the dining room for more formal meals. The villa also offers purified water for drinking and cooking.

Entertainment-wise, there are two Satellite TV’s and DVD players, perfect for family movie nights. Guests will also appreciate the Wi-Fi, iPod docking station and exercise room. 

Sitting at the top of the cliffs, guests will sleep soundly in their private and spacious bedrooms at Cabo Villa Grande. The master and second guest suites each feature a king-size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean. The third and fourth guest suites each feature two queen-size beds, private bathrooms, and ocean views; the fourth bedroom is detached and also features a balcony. The fifth guest suite is also detached and offers a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and a shared balcony with an ocean view. The sixth and final suite is detached and features a king-size bed, private bathroom, and an ocean view. Regardless of outdoor temperatures, all guests will sleep comfortably as there is central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa.

A stay at Cabo Villa Grande comes with daily housecleaning service, except Sunday (Note: the cleaning staff does not work on Mexican holidays). A washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh clothing during your stay. 

The Pedregal neighborhood features cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options. Guests will find excellent swimming at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. On the Pacific side of Pedregal, there are stunning ocean views and a beautiful stretch of beach along the Pacific that is perfect for sunbathing and beachcombing.

    One of the biggest, most beautiful houses in Pedregal, right over a cliff. The kitchen, the multiple indoor/outdoor living rooms, the bedrooms, the view... all perfect. It’s your own private compound. The only thing is the pool isn’t heated, but for most of the year, especially late summer/fall, it will be a perfect escape from the heat.

    Within 10 minutes of arriving at Villa Grande we were watching humpback whales breaching from our sun deck. ....it only got better. The Villa was spacious, comfortable, clean a perfect fit for our family of 13. Sunrises and sunsets were a highlight enjoyed while sitting in the hot tub. We had a chef cook 3 dinners for us and they were excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Grande!

    This was a celebration of my mom's 70th b-day so we had mostly family and a few friends. My family and I was impressed and in awe every day of the views and the classic beauty of the villa and its wonderful furnishings. When I go to Cabo I like a Mexican or Spanish feel to a place, and this villa had great style. Everyone was happy in their rooms and we had so many places to hang out and enjoy the weather and each other. The kitchen had great stock of cookware, and the pool had lots of towels - all the things we needed were provided. This is a great value for the price, especially with being so close to downtown! The caretaker staff was so kind and did such a good job. We would like to come back again and a again!

    Hi Lola, first of all I would like to start off saying we had a wonderful vacation in Cabo. Wow! what a villa with an incredible view. We were disappointed that the pool was NOT heated so we were not able to use the pool. The service, housekeeping and the chefs were fantastic. We would highly recommend the food service we went with. The kids enjoyed diving, ATV ing, parasailing, we did the sunset dinner cruise, had dinner at the Office. BUT! The one thing we were VERY DISAPPOINTED in was the fishing trip on the Yahoo. The two guys in charge of the boat were very disorganized. They didn’t have any live bait so we traveled two hours very fast over very rough water to get live bait. The ride was so rough that we all bounced all over the boat, even some of us ended up black and blue. My chair collapsed and I fell to the floor. Needless to say I hope to never take a boat ride like that again. The two guys never came down from the top to check on us, my daughter finally yelled up to them that they needed to slow the boat so some of us could go to the bathroom. The first mate did not seem to know what he was doing (since we have been on at least six charters before this trip. ) The bait was only a short distance away from the boat, still in the wake of the boat, bouncing on top of the water—it was like we were just out for a boat ride. We paid for the whole day and really only fished for less than five hours, at three o’clock he informed us we were going into dock. With your reputation on the line ( in recommending this outfit I would sincerely think twice in the future about your recommendation)—there has to be better companies your organization can recommend. We had a wonderful Destination Specialist (Giovani Barrios) he was very tuned in to every thing we needed. Thank you for all your help in making this a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us. We will keep you in mind for our future travels. PS. One thing I would like to add is when someone rents that villa that they be warned about all the steps in it. Than

    This house far exceeded our expectations. Looking at the pictures really doesn't do it justice. I would highly recommend this house to any large group looking for a family vacation or work function. The sunsets you can enjoy out by the rocks are just breathtaking. The pool and hot tub are in a perfect spot to soak up some sun and enjoy the view. I look forward to my visit back as I will definitely have to return!
