The spacious layout of the villa features six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, open-space living areas, formal indoor/outdoor dining areas, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, and a fully equipped entertainment/office area. The interior of the villa boasts soaring wood-beamed ceilings, marble and Cantera tile floors, granite and marble countertops, and is decorated with evocative Spanish colonial-style furnishings throughout.   

The large pocket doors and high ceilings of the open-living area give the house an airy feel, while also blending the inside seamlessly with the outdoor terrace. Combined with the unobstructed views, the living area is the perfect for space for entertaining!

Prepare meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen or enjoy the convenience of having a private chef cook local dishes for you. You can dine indoors on the ten-person dining table or alfresco on the covered terrace, with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop.   

The terrace, with is many lounge chairs, pool and Jacuzzi, and incredible views, is a great draw in this Cabo villa. Lounge comfortably under the sun or take a refreshing dip in the infinity-edge pool, all while marveling at the gorgeous mountain and ocean views. End the day with a session in the outdoor Jacuzzi with friends, or gather around the outdoor fire pit and watch the sun set. An outdoor telescope allows you check out the moon and the fascinating landscape around you, including whales during the season.

Before bed, spend time in the den watching movies with friends and family. When you’re ready to retire, there are five bedrooms in the main villa and a detached sixth bedroom with a separate entrance. Four bedrooms in the main villa feature king-size beds and private terraces; the fifth bedroom has two queen-size beds and a terrace. Three of the bedrooms offer ocean views, while the other bedrooms feature mountain views. 

The detached sixth bedroom features a private entrance, its own bathroom, and a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for those looking for extra privacy.  An extra half bath was added for guest convenience. There is also a sofa sleeper for additional accommodation.

Exploring town or hitting the beach is easy, as you are only a short drive to Cabo’s best beaches and activities while at this villa.
